Frequently asked questions
No. We offer winter service exclusively to contract clients. It requires ongoing property care (e.g. building cleaning or caretaker service) with a term of at least 12 months.
The legal duty of care (Verkehrssicherungspflicht) remains with the owner or property manager. We clear and grit the agreed areas within the scope set out in the contract and document every call-out.
Ideally by the end of October. Then we can schedule your property firmly into our call-out routes.
As a fixed seasonal flat fee. The number of snow days makes no difference.
